On August 12, Mr. Tran Duy Dong – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee – conducted an inspection of several key projects, including the Left Bank of Da River Industrial Park, the PCB manufacturing plant of Meiko Electronics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. in the same park, Binh Phu Industrial Park, and the proposed alignment and connection points for the Viet Tri – Hoa Binh inter-regional road. He was accompanied by Vice Chairman Quach Tat Liem and leaders of relevant departments and agencies.

After reviewing progress reports and investment outcomes at various industrial zones, as well as listening to feedback from Da Hop Company and local authorities, Chairman Tran Duy Dong commended the company’s efforts in industrial park development and investment attraction. He emphasized that Da Hop’s current projects, including the Meiko Hoa Binh PCB manufacturing plant in the Left Bank Da River Industrial Park, are key drivers of economic growth, expected to contribute significantly to the province’s exports and overall development in the near future. On that basis, he requested that all relevant departments and sectors continue to actively engage, provide strong support for businesses, promptly address challenges in project implementation, and create momentum for the province’s economic growth.

Chairman Tran Duy Dong visits Meiko Hoa Binh PCB Manufacturing Plant – Phase 1
Chairman Dong also praised Meiko Group (Japan) for its timely investment and operational launch of the Phase 1 PCB manufacturing plant at the end of July. He stressed that the selection of the Left Bank Da River Industrial Park as a location for the PCB plant would be a major catalyst not only for the economy but also for high-tech workforce training, technology transfer, and the development of a supporting industrial ecosystem in the region.
To facilitate Phase 2 of the project—scheduled to launch in early 2026—and the construction of Meiko’s second PCB manufacturing plant in the same industrial park, the Chairman assigned the Hoa Binh Ward authorities to resolve all land clearance issues by September 15, 2025, and to upgrade the
industrial park’s wastewater treatment plant. The Department of Industry and Trade was tasked with coordinating with Phu Tho Power Company to ensure power supply connection is completed by October 15, 2025, to support stable operations.
Chairman Dong also emphasized the importance of the Thinh Minh Complex project, which is expected to significantly boost employment and economic growth. He instructed Da Hop Company and all relevant sectors, agencies and localities to complete all procedures in order to commence construction on October 15.

Inspection of Binh Phu Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Project
During his visit to Binh Phu Industrial Park (214.29 hectares, total investment over VND 1.7 trillion), Chairman Dong directed departments, Ky Son Ward authorities, and the project investor to expedite site clearance for the remaining 27.9 hectares. He also urged faster progress on land leveling, construction of the intersection with Provincial Road 446, and the development of other infrastructure components in line with the approved master plan. The Department of Industry and Trade and Phu Tho Power Company were assigned to plan and install the power supply system to the park’s boundary to meet future production and utility demands. Meanwhile, the Provincial Management Board of Industrial Parks shall take the lead and coordinate with relevant units to enhance promotion efforts and support investors in selecting secondary investors for the industrial park.

Survey points included: the end of the routeconnecting to Tran Quy Cap Street (Tan Hoa Ward), the HB5 bridge junction, intersections with Provincial Road 317G and National Highway 70B, the DT 317G segment (roundabout to Ngoc Xanh Island tourist area), the junction with National Highway 32 (Tam Nong Commune), and the route’s starting point at Km0 in Ban Nguyen Commune, Phu Tho Province.
