Phu Tho Province Former People’s Public Security Association is a social-professional organization that gathers and unites members who are generations of former People’s Public Security Forces, continuing to preserve and promote the good traditions of the People’s Public Security force; protect the legitimate rights and interests of members; Implement well policies towards former police officers; Organize care and help members improve their health, material and spiritual life, and develop family economy; Contribute opinions to Party Committees, authorities and local Police at all levels on implementing the Party and State’s policies and ensuring political security and preserving social order and safety of the province.

Speaking at the congress, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Bui Van Quang and Lieutenant General Le Quy Vuong - Chairman of the Vietnam Former People’s Public Security Association emphasized: The establishment of the Phu Tho Provincial People’s Public Security Former Association is an important event in the building a unified organizational system to gather, unite, and encourage generations of former police officers to continue preserving and promoting the heroic and glorious traditions of the Vietnam People’s Public Security force. This is also the legitimate wish of a large number of retired police officers in the country in general and Phu Tho province in particular. At the same time, the Association of Former People’s Public Security Forces of Phu Tho province is also a force that contributes to building a movement of all people to protect national security, ensure security and order, and build an increasingly strong police force.

To effectively implement the Association’s directions and tasks in the coming time, the Party Standing Committee and Provincial Police leaders continue to pay attention to creating favorable conditions for the Association to operate; Direct the development of operating regulations, strengthen the organization and apparatus to implement in accordance with regulations. The Association’s Executive Committee organizes and strictly implements the Party’s regulations, the State’s laws and the Charter of the Vietnam Former People’s Public Security Association. Proactively find flexible and creative solutions for the Association to operate actively and effectively. Focus on building the Association of Former People’s Public Security Forces of Phu Tho province clean and strong in both politics, ideology and organization; excellently complete assigned tasks. Actively coordinate closely with political and social organizations, be exemplary in studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics, style and the Six Things Uncle Ho taught the People’s Public Security. The Association needs to do a good job of leadership and direction so that its members can enhance their sense of responsibility and enthusiasm; Promote knowledge, thinking, and work experience to continue contributing to traditional education and inspiring the young generation in building and protecting the Fatherland.

We request the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations, Party committees at all levels, and authorities at all levels to pay attention to directing, guiding, coordinating, and creating all conditions for the Association of Former People’s Public Security Forces of Phu Tho province to operate. After the Congress, the Executive Committee of Phu Tho Province Former People’s Police Association needs to carefully study the Association’s Charter and instructions from the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Home Affairs and the province’s instructions to have a plan to carry out the Association’s tasks. Do a good job of mobilizing former People’s Public Security Forces to join the Association at the grassroots level to establish branches and build a strong association organization. Encourage retired former People’s Public Security comrades at the grassroots level to continue participating in tasks assigned by the Party Committee, the government and the people to contribute to beautifying the image of People’s Public Security officers and soldiers. The Association needs to promote the good traditions of the People’s Public Security forces, each former People’s Public Security officer must always unite and support each other, continue to preserve and promote the good qualities of People’s Public Security soldiers, and be a bridge between the Public Security Forces and the Public Security Forces. peace with the people. Each member needs to continue to contribute their efforts and intelligence to building the Party and government at the grassroots, and at the same time building a strong and effective Association organization, dedicating themselves to the set goals.

With the spirit of democracy, unity, and solidarity, the congress elected 27 comrades to the Association’s Executive Committee. The Association’s Executive Committee met for the first session and elected 13 comrades to the Standing Committee, elected President and Vice President. Chairman and Inspection Committee.
