To ensure a successful festival, the Head of the Organizing Committee requested all relevant units to remain highly focused and expedite the completion of all remaining tasks. Specific emphasis must be placed on refurbishing and enhancing the landscape across the entire Hung Temple Historic Site and its surrounding areas, following a “green, clean, and beautiful” orientation to leave a positive impression on both residents and tourists.

Regarding the communal clusters, he urged for an accelerated progress in preparing the cultural camps; notably, these camps must be designed to deeply reflect traditional cultural identity. Each camp should feature dedicated spaces for displaying artifacts, documents, local specialties, and typical OCOP products, thereby contributing to the promotion of the local image and creating attractive highlights in the journey back to the roots of the Vietnamese nation.

Regarding high-traffic areas such as the Central Square, Stadium, and the IC7 Expressway Interchange, Mr. Nguyen Huy Ngoc directed functional units to bolster urban embellishment and visual decorations. He particularly emphasized the need for scientific traffic channeling plans and personnel deployment to ensure safety and prevent congestion. Additionally, environmental hygiene and timely waste collection must be prioritized to serve visitors throughout the event.
