On April 22, Mr. Nguyen Huy Ngoc — Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, and Head of the Organizing Committee for the 2026 Hung Kings' Commemoration and Ancestral Land Culture and Tourism Week — conducted an inspection of the preparations for the 2026 Hung Vuong Trade Fair. Joining the delegation was Ms. Duong Hoang Huong — Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Director of the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism — along with leaders from relevant departments.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Huy Ngoc and delegates inspect the preparation work for the 2026 Hung Vuong Trade Fair.
The 2026 Hung Vuong Trade Fair features 300 standard booths showcasing products from organizations, enterprises, cooperatives, and production facilities both within and outside the province, alongside a regional culinary area. The fair aims to serve pilgrims and tourists during the Ancestral Land festival, encouraging the campaign “Vietnamese People Prioritize Using Vietnamese Goods” and supporting businesses in their trade promotion activities.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Huy Ngoc discusses the origin and provenance of products with a vendor.
This is also an opportunity for Phu Tho province to showcase its socio-economic achievements in recent years to other provinces and cities nationwide, highlighting the local potential and developmental advantages in the new era.

Vice Chairman Nguyen Huy Ngoc and delegates verify product information displayed at the Fair.
Following the field inspection, Vice Chairman Nguyen Huy Ngoc directed that the organization of the fair must be meticulous. Products selected for display and promotion must be typical industrial and handicraft products, OCOP products, regional specialties, and representative agricultural and craft village goods.
He emphasized that all activities within the framework of the Fair must be conducted seriously, economically, and in full compliance with the law. The overall decoration, stage design, and booth layouts must ensure aesthetic appeal, solemnity, practicality, and efficiency. Furthermore, strict measures must be enforced regarding public security, fire safety, food hygiene, and the protection of visitors' property.
The 2026 Hung Vuong Trade Fair will officially open at 7:30 PM on April 22 and run through April 28, 2026 (corresponding to the 6th to the 12th day of the 3rd lunar month).
