The Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Bui Van Quang, visits and presents gifts to policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services to the revolution in Thanh Thuy district

Towards the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947–July 27, 2024), on July 23, Mr. Bui Van Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services to the revolution in the communes of Tan Phuong, Xuan Loc, and Thanh Thuy district.

At the families, Chairman Bui Van Quang kindly asked about their health and family life and expressed deep gratitude and appreciation for the great contributions of policy families, people with meritorious services to the revolution, and heroic martyrs who sacrificed their blood and bones for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. He affirmed that the province always cares for policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services to the revolution with many specific and practical policies. He hoped that the families would continue to encourage their children and grandchildren to live in harmony and solidarity, promote the good qualities of Uncle Ho’s soldiers, be exemplary in leading movements, actively work, produce, and improve living standards.

Continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, with the spirit of war invalids “disabled but not useless,” always be a shining example, encourage children and grandchildren in the family to comply well with the party’s policies, the state’s laws, and local regulations, and build Thanh Thuy district to be increasingly innovative. The Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee requested the Party Committee, the Thanh Thuy district government, and relevant agencies to pay more attention, encourage, and help so that the lives of policy families and people with meritorious services to the revolution in the district are increasingly improved.

On this occasion, Thanh Thuy district organized visits and presented gifts to more than 3,400 people with meritorious services to the revolution and policy families in the district.
