Based on the results of the People and Business Service Index Assessment System announced and made public on the National Public Service Portal (https://dichvucong.gov.vn), the Provincial People’s Committee Office has just announced the results of the Provincial People and Business Service Index in June 2024.

Accordingly, the results of the index for service, management, and assessment of service quality for people and businesses in implementing administrative procedures and public services in real time in the electronic environment of Phu Tho province reached 65.03 points, ranking 51/63 provinces and cities (down 2 places compared to May 2024).

For the component indicators, Phu Tho province has many high-achieving indicators. Specifically: the province’s transparency and publicity index reached 64.9% = 14.3/18 points (an increase of 9.6% compared to May 2024); the progress and settlement index of administrative procedures reached 92.98% = 13/20 points (an increase of 3.49% compared to May 2024); the satisfaction index reached 90.8% = 16.4/18 points; the online payment index reached 27.23% = 3.1/10 points (an increase of 3.25% compared to May 2024); the online public service index reached 57.1% = 6.9/12 points (a decrease of 1.53% compared to May 2024); and the index of digitalization of records and results of handling administrative procedures reached 63.43% = 13.9/22 points (down 2.37% compared to May 2024).

Regarding the results of the index set serving people and businesses in implementing administrative procedures and providing public services on the National Public Service Portal for district-level People’s Committees in June 2024, Tan Son District People’s Committee ranked first with 77.25/100 points.

The Provincial People’s Committee requested agencies, units, and localities to review and have specific solutions to improve low indicators, contributing to ensuring the administrative procedure reform targets assigned in Official Dispatch No. 834/UBND-NCKS dated March 5, 2024 of the Provincial People’s Committee; consider and completely handle the feedback and recommendations on the National Public Service Portal; and coordinate with Phu Tho Telecommunications to review, receive, and process overdue records on the National Public Service Portal. Propose that Phu Tho Telecommunications proactively review the component criteria, guide agencies, units, and localities to overcome limitations, and have specific solutions to improve the province’s index set.
