In the spirit of the entire nation looking forward to the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025), on April 26, Mr. Bui Van Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, visited and presented gifts to war invalids, people with meritorious services to the revolution, and their families in Tam Nong District.

Chairman Bui Van Quang and his delegation visited and presented gifts to the families of Mr. Bui Van Ma—a resistance fighter exposed to toxic chemicals, with a body injury rate of 81%; Mr. Nguyen Van Tien—a war invalid with an 81% injury rate (Dan Quyen commune); and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung—a resistance fighter exposed to toxic chemicals, also with an 81% injury rate (Huong Non commune).

At each household, Chairman Bui Van Quang kindly inquired about their health and living conditions. He expressed deep gratitude for the immense sacrifices and contributions made by war invalids, martyrs, and those who shed their blood for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and for the peace and happiness of the people. He emphasized that the province always prioritizes caring for policy beneficiaries, people with revolutionary contributions, and their families through many practical and meaningful programs.

Chairman Bui Van Quang expressed his hope that war invalids, people with meritorious services, and their families would continue to uphold the revolutionary spirit, actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, help build cultural communities at the grassroots level, and contribute to the development of Tam Nong District and Phu Tho Province into a more prosperous, beautiful, and civilized place.

He also called on the Party Committee and local authorities of Tam Nong District to continue enhancing their care for both the material and spiritual well-being of people with meritorious services and policy beneficiaries. He encouraged efforts to support these families in developing their livelihoods, with the aim of stabilizing and improving their quality of life.
