The Seventh Special Session, Viet Tri City People’s Council, term XXI

On the morning of October 30, the Viet Tri City People’s Council, term XXI, term 2021 - 2026, held the Seventh Special Session. Mr. Nguyen Manh Son, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Chairman of the Viet Tri City People’s Council, chaired the session.

At the session, the Viet Tri City People’s Council voted to approve 2 draft resolutions, including: adjusting and supplementing the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 and the public investment plan for 2024 of Viet Tri City; a resolution on partially abolishing Resolution No. 04/2021/NQ-HDND dated August 4, 2021 of the City People’s Council on approving the land use planning for the period 2021 - 2030 on the first-year land use plan of the Viet Tri City land use planning.

Speaking at the closing session, the Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the Viet Tri City People’s Council affirmed: The resolutions approved at this session are the legal basis for the City People’s Committee and relevant agencies to carry out tasks in the coming time.

Immediately after the session, he requested the City People’s Committee to promptly organize the implementation of the resolutions to ensure the correct order and procedures in accordance with current legal regulations. The Standing Committee of the City People’s Council, the committees of the City People’s Council, the delegations, and the City People’s Council delegates are responsible for coordinating with relevant agencies to perform the function of supervising and communicating the content of the Resolution of the City People’s Council passed at this Session to voters and the people.
