Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Mobile Police Force’s Traditional Day

On April 4, the Mobile Police Department (CSC), Provincial Police hosted a celebration to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Mobile Police Force’s Traditional Day (April 15, 1974 - April 15, 2024). Major General Le Van Sao, Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Force Command, Ministry of Public Security, and Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan, Director of the Provincial Police Department, attended the ceremony.

Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan, Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee to groups and individuals who had made outstanding contributions in commemorating the 50th anniversary of Provincial Mobile Police Force.

50 years ago, on January 6, 1974, the Minister of Public Security signed the Decision to form the Police Protection Force and the Mobile Police Force, and a solemn launching ceremony was held on April 15, 1974. So far, April 15th has been the Police Force’s traditional day.

Leaders of the Mobile Police Force Command - Ministry of Public Security presented flowers to the Mobile Police Force under the Provincial Police Department to commemorate the traditional day’s 50th anniversary.

On May 5, 1974, the Police Protection Department, presently known as the Mobile Police Force Department - Phu Tho Provincial Police Department, was created. Over the last 50 years, generations the unit have upheld the heritage of heroic heroes, courage, intellect, and armed combat power, acting as an iron shield to safeguard the Party, State, and people. Thousands of officers and troops have fought tirelessly day and night to safeguard the country’s security, order, and law; to defend property, lives, and the peaceful and joyful lives of its citizens. With exceptional achievements over the years, the Provincial Mobile Police Force has been decorated with several honorable medals from the Party and State.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee presented Certificates of Merit to one group and three individuals, while the Director of the Provincial Police presented Certificates of Merit to two groups and five individuals for their outstanding achievements in a special emulation to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Mobile Police Force’s Traditional Day.
